on the 20 november I had a trojan on the computor in red letters.the notice advised me that there was 33 viruses and trojans in my computor I couldnt close it down or do anything but was requested to pay $83 Australian and once I did ,the viruses and trojans disappeared and so did my money.I tried to get a refund but there is nowhere that will let me ask for it,I have been dudded.I am an aged pensioner raising a grandson and cant afford for this to happen.It will never happen again Regards
