PC Bug Repair Arch.Makarious III, Internet Fraud -- Internet

My computer too was locked.  I ordered the software from the prompt.  It cleared things up but when i went back t run the scan again, the software was nowhere to be found on my computer.  I called (800) 210-5954, the number on my bank statement.  They tried to tell me where to find the software, but I was at work and not at home in front of my computer so he offered me a full refund.  I received an email confirming the refund and stating that the money would be back in my accoutnt within 7-10 days.  that did not happen.  I responsded to the email twice telling them that I had not received the money.  No response.  I called again today and they said I should get an email within 8 hours telling me when the money will show up in my account.  We will see if that happens.  If not, I will have to get nasty based onthe other reports filed here.
