Everytime I turned on my computer a Trojan viruse warning appeared. An add for PC Bug Repair would appear in the lower right hand corner along side the icons for my Windows programs, I purchased this program for $79.95 on 11-21-2010, it stated that it would clean up my PC. An icon apeared on my desktop for about 2 weeks, my computer is still running slow and freezing up. This program was to take care of this and protect my PC. The icon has just disappeard from my computer altogether 2 weeks ago.
I believe this is a big rip off, I would like to get a refundofthe $79.95, since this program did nothing to fix the problem. I have heard other people were having the same problem with this company.

Your Virus was a hoax

Hi there
I am a certified desktop analyst and what you have encountered is a virus "hoax" designed to make you believe your computer is infected then leading you to a bogus site where you purchase an AntiVirus solution.
PC Bug Repair installs itself when a user visits an unsafe site
ThePC Bug RepairIcon that appears in your "tasktray" is the malware infection.
The only way to purge this type of malware is by using a "Freeware" type solution like Malwarebytes.
Or manually removing it while in "safemode" (this requires advanced skill)
Unfortunately you have already given out your information and they have your money.
I would immediately make every attempt to protect yourself from identity theft as they have personal information.
