Peoples Energy Group Superior Energy Plus Mark Concilla Scammer galway New York

Mark Concilla is the owner of Peoples Energy Group and is also the Building Inspector in the Town of Perth. A complaint was filed with the twon supervisor Greg Fagan alledging that Concilla used his position as Building Inspector to deter a homeowner from ingaging the services of a local businessman by making false accusations. It is also alledged that Concilla is using his position as Building Inspector to gain customers in his Peoples Energy Group business.  Peoples Enery Group is a company that sells propane for Superior Energy, a propane company based out of Canada. Also Concilla is alledged to have used his position as Building Inspector in Perth to harass a local businessman who needed Concilla's approval to open a restaurant. The restaurnt owner threatened to sue to get Concilla back off.  Concilla is also a bartender at a competing restaurant in town.  When confronted with the complaints Supervisor Fagan did nothing.  An internet surch shows that Concilla was fired from his job as Building Inspector in the Town of Galway because he lied on his resume and was showing favortizem to his friends while harassing others. The relationship between Fagan and Concilla is interesting.  Why did he hire Concilla given his track record and why does he continue to employ him considering the complaints? It stinks! They both need to go.
