I applied for a payday loan, from several different companies, I did not however accept an offer from this Company called Pepper Cash, In june they put a deposit of 300.00 in my acct...due to circumstances I did not know that they had put this in my account, and they started taking payments out in July, in August, when I was able to get the statements on my account and saw these tranasctions I reported it to my bank...I did not authorize a deposit nor did i authorize them to debit my account...I have been fighting with the bank as i was not able to get in touch with these poeple...They were no help...due to they(PepperCash) making a deposit into my account...I finally talked to some one there and told them who i was and that I did not authorize this deposit , nor did i authorize the 700.00 that they have taken from my account.  I had reported this to the fraud department ...each time i saw something come through...to no avail.

When I finally got hold of someone from this company...they could offer me to pay them 225.00 to settle out...I got angry and told them I did not sign an agreement with them, I am not doing business with them...and this is who I am...who in there right mind is going to accept a loan for 300.00 and payback over 700.00 this is ludichrist...I did not authorize to do business with these people.  I told them they must be out of their minds to  think I am going to pay them more money out of my account, when I never authorized this to begin with...These people are a scam...I dont understand the banks reasoning with the fact, that just because someone put a deposit in your acct that you did not authorize, its a too bad so sad...No! It dont work that way...Just because I used another company before, does not in no way indicated that I agreed to work with these people.....I am going to persue this as far as I can go...

.My advice is do not ...do not even go to thier website and apply, it appears to me that even if you decline an offer, you get this whether or not you want to...and your financial insititution is of no help either...You should check this website and see if there is a report on anything you do...that is how i found out about this company...Pepper Cash is a rip off, any payday loan that takes out of your account on a continueal basis to borrow from is not a company you should be using...If you borrow from a payday, your next paycheck should pay it back in full....it appears to me that when a payday advance company takes it out in so called installments..isn't that more of a regular loan at a severe high rate of interest?  I am not going to be anyones victum ...do not use this company...do not even go their website...
