I got a loan for $550 dollars for an emergency and the total amount they took from my checking account was $2450 which apparently they will not be giving me back. They illegally hi-jacked my bank account and if I had not call them they would have continued to take from more from my account. Please stay away from these people they will steal from you for months. They took the amount necessary to pay off the loan and 4 months later I started noticing money was missing from my account which they stole $1700. I called them and was given the run around and a dumb explanation as to why they kept taking money. The manager I spoke to with a thick accent who barely spoke English told me I was supposed to notify them the loan was paid off and there is no way they are refunding the money they took from my account. I had to close my account and filed a complaint with the BBB and only to find out these people are not based in the U.S. but in Costa Rica. After a month of my bank account being closed my bank notified me that these people were still trying to withdraw from that old account number.
