Pepper Cash Costa Rica Mob Attempted to rip off/ tried to scam but failed/Here's how I got out of it Internet

Many people, like myself, do not realize they have rights. Thank God - I was one of the lucky ones. I caught on to this scam before they took me to the cleaners. On a 600.00 loan, I was fully aware there would be interest, as I have dealt with payday loans before. But, this company is in fact a loan shark and worse. It's almost like the mafia.

I ended up paying around 800.00 on a 600.00 loan, which I thought was fair. However, the loan was still not satisfied - they wanted 750.00 more to get me out from under it!!!!

The important thing is to have a bank that works with you. At first, my bank did not want to close my account out. It is important to MAKE SURE you are SPEAKING WITH A MANAGER at your bank. NOT a loan officer - they will tell you to pay the ridiculous loan by allowing them to fund you a loan, and pay them back instead. All that does is creat another loan at your bank. Explain to the manager this company is under investigation for fraud.

Put in writing you want to close your account, and tell them you have a relative that is going to help you deal directly with the company (pepper cash) Pepper cash is fixed so that the interest is so high nothing goes toward the principle. It can go on forever.

If you need to, take articles of fraud allegations you find on the internet - that's not hard!!!! LOL.

Most places of employment have an option where you can create your own allotments. in other words, you can change where you want your direct deposit to go by opening a new account somewhere and having the majority of your check go to the new allotment instead of your account that pepper cash hits. Or, change your allotment to a relatives account.

Once pepper cash is able to obtain your account info, YOU MUST HAVE a bank that works with you and is willing to close your account - if they refuse, put it in writing. Get it notarized if you have to. You have a right to close your account - Don't talk to a loan officer of the bank - talk to a manager. Loan officer will try to convince you to keep the account open. Also, tell the bank a relative is helping you and if you are as fortunate as me, and you have a mother that loves you, you are blessed!! - - Peace
