I purchashed a package from Pet Amber Alert at  www.petamberalert.com  for $99.95 with my Visa Credit Card on 10/08/15. Then on 10/10/15 I called Pet Amber Alert at 1-877-875-7387 three times to get an update or any information about the search for my dog. Nobody answered, so I left a message all three times. Today is 10/12/2015 at 10:50am and still nobody has called me back. I tried speaking to a "live agent" online at www.petamberalert.com and the agent would not respond, nor did anybody else. They haven't done anything to help me find my dog Brutus Chambers, respond to me or communicate in any way to notify me of any updates or to tell me what is being done to help locate my dog. Pet Amber Alert lied to me about the service they would provide and haven't followed through with anything they promised. They scammed me and I want my money back.
