This company targets people who are frantically doing everything they can to find a lost family member. They know that people are attached to their pets and will do anything they can to find them. I paid for their services and they have not provided anything that was promised. When you try the live chat, there is no one on the other end to respond. When you call their number, someone answers and says the person you need to speak to is unavailable and they will have them contact you asap. You never get that call. They steal you money. Do Not Use this service. They are thiefs.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! BEWARE BEFORE PURCHASING THEIR SERVICE.

After several days of trying to reach someone by telephone, the company responded to my emails. Money has been refunded. I think this could be a great system if company improves greatly on their customer service. So sad it didn't work for me.
