Pimsleur Approach / Internet Order LLC fraud trick rip off Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I purchased Spanish Language instruction material for $9.95 from Pimsleur Approach (Stroll / Internet Order LLC). The purchased product was in the form of MP3 files that I downloaded. I was surprised to receive weeks later a package from this company, CDs for learning spanish which I though was the same material I purchased burned on CD so I didn't care to even open it. Months later I was surprised to receive a letter from Internet Order LLC demanding me to pay $256.00 for my order! Since I had no idea that I made an order I initially thought my credit card was hacked. When I called the number they provided on the letter for clarification the representative told me I had agreed to recieve a package with the intial purchase and I had to return the product within a month of receiving it if I didn't want it otherwise they would charge me $256.00. I never agreed to this! When I told her I didn't agree to this she said it was mentioned in the "terms". This is a dishonest, deceptive and almost fraudulent business practice. When I made the purchase I didn't see any notification of this! No mention that I will be sent a package and no mention I will be charged $256.00. I can't pay for something I didn't order. I did not request any additional material other that the one I purchased for $9.95.
