Do Not Order Any Products From This Internet Scam. Please beware, this product is a total scam. They will make unauthorized charges to your card. I ordered the Quick & Simple course CD for $9.99.  Without my authorization or consent, the company signed me up for Basic Courses 1, 2, 3 and LEVEL2.  They have been debiting my bank account for $64.00 each month and even debiting next day after spoke with Customer service to cancel Here I've lost over $256  on products I never ordered, didn't want and can't return.

Pimsleur Approach/ Internet Order LLC tries to deceive people out of $300 , sometimes more if you don't catch it. They are trying to scam you on purpose. They try to trick you.  Go onto their webpage and type in all of "Secure Order Form" and not see that "Important Information: Pimsleur Rapid Fluency Purchase Program" since it is in fine fonts below the "Submit my order" button . Customer service berates you for agreeing to terms and conditions if you "supposedly" did not desire to receive the additional courses, excluding the fact that you would never have been able to purchase the original $10 product without doing so. You can't use your credit/debit card info from one purchase to impose another.

Get your papers /documents/files together and file a lawsuit in your local Small Claims Court, file reports with the Financial Protection Board; write  Penn Attorney General, your District Attorney, the Federal Trade Commission, BBB .

"Pimsleur Rapid Fluency Purchase Program: One month after you receive your Quick & Simple you'll begin receiving 30 day trial copies of advanced Pimsleur courses in the language you selected. Each course is yours to try for 30 days. You'll receive a new course once every 60 days. For each course you keep we'll bill you in four monthly payments of $64. Remember, there's never an immediate obligation to buy any course because of the 30-day trial period provided with each shipment. And you may cancel future shipments at any time by calling 1-877-802-5283. See Key Details."

While not in all caps or bolded, it is not hard to read/comprehend. YOU basically Ripped Off yourself.   No, I don't work for Pimsleur...never have. Good luck with your "lawsuit", I predict it's going nowhere, as the terms are CLEARLY stated.
