My complaint is similar to most everybody else here.
I purchased the $9.95 Portuguese Course from them. When I got an email confirming my order, I didn' read the fine print hidden in a huge paragraph with information you think you had already seen before you made the purchase. Who would know!? Now you have to watch for scams before, during and after you make a purchase.
One month later, I got an additional package and U$ 68 off of my bank account.
Just a reminded, before I made the purchase, none of this was mentioned; unless in very small and hidden fineprint.
As soon as I got the additional package I called canceling it and shipped the package back. Unfortunatelly, for me, the package got "lost" in the mail. And we did not keep the tracking number...
Now we are paying every month $ 68 of our money for something we never WANTED to have and do NOT have.
