The sales pitch is; Receive a language learning program for $9.95.   However, then they bill your card 4 times for $64.00 (total $256.00).  When you request a refund they say; no.  When you request a supervisor, the agent says; no.  I warned them that if they won't make the problem right, or even let me talk with someone in authority, I will take the case to the public, they say; go ahead...we don't care.  

Not a nice company.  Unethical and blatently misleading marketing.  I don't know how they can operate like this without being shut down by the government.  Its a total scam.
