I ordered the Pimsleur Approach for $9.95 for two languages (totaling $20) and then all of a sudden they started sending me packages with a lot of software in them, secretly charging my bank card $64 each month. I only ordered the promotional software package, not the level 2 and 3 software. Then Stroll (the company) has the audacity to threaten to send

my $768 dollar bill to collections if I don't pay them for something I never ordered in the first place I found that this company is on the ripoff report and that there are 35 complaints against them. All of the complaints are essentially the same as my own. I contacted the company and they are simply demanding their money.
