In November I purchased an abbreviated language learning system and an additional CD of popular phrases.  The charges appeared on my credit card at $9.95 and $39.97 as expected and both appeared on the credit card statement with the appropriate "N" marked on the field for recurring charges.  

Suddenly in January that same credit card was hit for an additional $64.00 as a "recurring charge" for merchandise I did not order, nor have I received.  No one is answering the Customer Service number as yet.  I have sent an email complaint and we will see if that results in the demanded charge reversal.

I have dealt with these scam artists myself.  Call your bank IMMEDIATELY!!  Then call customer service and tell them you are calling the BBB.  These customer service agents are to refund you and provide you with a label to cover the shipping costs of return materials.

deal dash.com I want on DealDash and I was strolling through it to see what it was because I seen it on TV so I went to create an account type in my credit card number press created account and automatically my money came off my card in a charge me $78 just to create the account and then I'm looking and I'm scrolling down and they make it very sensitive when you touch it and it's in the area like my finger slipped and it did did this now but it goes through no confirmation of saying if you want this yes or no nothing it just automatically charges to my card and I told the people that I want a refund because I don't want to babe I was just checking out their website and it was accidentally that Walmart card got charged and I would like my money back because I'm not interested in bidding on nothing Internet

iPhonePlug I went to twitter to find someone to buy an iPhone from and i came across a page called @IphonePlug on twitter. I went to his website iPhonePlug.net and purchased a phone for $375 the s&h was $7. I was so excited to get it. So today i'm waiting and waiting. 2 o'clock strolls around, this is when i usually get my mail... 3 o'clock, now it's 5 o'clock and nothing. So I got back on twitter and search his @ name in the bar and tweets come up saying scam scam scam, my heart dropped. I am sick to my stomach! Please please please help me. Atlanta Georgia

Pimsleur Approach/Stroll Paid $10 for a language CD, The CD box came with a letter telling me that I will recieve 4 more CD's at $64 each. I called them immediately to cancel, but they send it anyway. I sent back the CD, but they billed my credit card for $64. Their Customer Service has lied to me everytime I tried to stop this fraud.
