I signed up for an received product ordered, BUT company continues to charge my account, sometimes twice per month for additional materials I have neither received nor ordered.

Company insists I ordered these materials.  Approximately $400 stolen from me to date and I cannot get a person with a brain to speak with me.  Their reps have a script and spit out the responses which do not apply to anything at issue. 

I see that this is not a problem incidental to me.  Many people have complained of the same practice.

Why not have an attorney file a class action against the company.

Pimsleur Approach/Stroll Paid $10 for a language CD, The CD box came with a letter telling me that I will recieve 4 more CD's at $64 each. I called them immediately to cancel, but they send it anyway. I sent back the CD, but they billed my credit card for $64. Their Customer Service has lied to me everytime I tried to stop this fraud. Pimsleur Approach Language while responding to a survey report I was awarded a language tape for free and just pay shipping. Then later I was sent more tapes that I did not request and billed for hundres of dollars.
