In small print above a purchase confirmation button is a declaration "By clicking below, I'll be charged $9.95 and agree to the adjacent purchase program terms and conditions", but searching their site, I could find no such document.  I am expected to agree to terms that are never disclosed to me.  Searching for the terms using a popular search engine only revealed a number of complaints from people who proceeded to click, but no such actual document.

Pimsleur Approach/Stroll Paid $10 for a language CD, The CD box came with a letter telling me that I will recieve 4 more CD's at $64 each. I called them immediately to cancel, but they send it anyway. I sent back the CD, but they billed my credit card for $64. Their Customer Service has lied to me everytime I tried to stop this fraud. Pimsleur Approach Language while responding to a survey report I was awarded a language tape for free and just pay shipping. Then later I was sent more tapes that I did not request and billed for hundres of dollars. I unsuscribed to their wed site to discontinue contact and offered to return the unopened merchandise but is still being charged. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
