Plain Green Loans takes your money but doesn't document the truth! Internet

I applied for a loan through Plain Green Loans because I had just moved and my dog needed emergency surgery that I could not pay for out of pocket between my last check and my first check with a new job. I was making the payments on time, then our pay schedule changed to once a month, so I was continually charged late fees despite being in constant conact with them about this issue.

Fast forward to a few months down the line - the sent my account to a collections agency. I finally received a phone call and made payment arrangements for the account to be paid in full and closed. I heard nothing after that until just a few days ago - literally almost 3 years to the day later - claiming I never paid my account and now I owe almost $3000. Now I have to find the collection company I paid to ask for another copy of a paid in full letter because Plain Green Loans insists that I did not pay them during that time. The account is currently with a law firm for collections. Scam artists galore in this place.
