Play Phone Inc., is involved in a scam whereby they make unauthorized deduction payments via major telecommunication carriers against arbitrary telephone account numbers. These "Digital Content" charges are for $14.99 monthly debited to consumer telephone accounts (both terrestrial and mobile) and are completely unauthorized and bogus.

Not only are the payments demanded bogus, they rely on the good faith of the telecom carriers to collect it for them, and manage any complaints, plus rectify false payment claims. This must be burden on the carriers, yet they persist in accepting unauthorized payment claims from vendors!

Play phone MUST be held accountable for this scam and, if necessary, legally brought to heel.
