I called to get my money refunded to me after I canceled the service. well Please Reduce My Debt is changing the way they do things. I have spoken with over twenty people and they all have a someone to switch you to. I finally got intouch with with someone I thought could help me named Cynthia Pelps who is a Manager. She told me she could not do anthing but send a e-mail to the client relations department confirming that I had canceled. But what she did not know was Ann had already told me she was the Manager of that Department, and her (Cynthia Phelps) e-mail that she sent me stated the same thing. On top of all the lies she told me she (Cynthia Phelps) forgot that she had even spoke to me. She called me a few days later trying to sign me into the program. So at that time I asked her about my refund again well she told me to speak to William Ofshlag at phone#954-312-0858 ex 1006.

I ask her when would be a good time to call him and she said not right now because he was on the phone sitting next to her. I waited for one hour and called the number she gave me and low and behold it was the number to another company. I tried to call Cynthia back and she would not answer my number. They do have caller ID. I am lucky that they only got $2600.00 Dollars from me, that I want all of back for all the run arround BS that I am dealing with now. It was so funny to hear Cynthia Phelps fumble with her words when she called me back. Also Please Reduce My Debt, Automated Debt Relief, Note World, Client Relations Department, and Client Services are all a part of this scam. I am going to do everything in my power to let people know what kind of ripoffs they are. Its sad when you have a manager of the department all the other associates have sent you to trying to scandle you. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE SCAM COMPANIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
