I recieved a call from Suzan abut reducing my debt in half so it could be paid off in three years. She called me every hour on the hour for two weeks. Well I gave in. I needed help I could not afford to pay three of my bills because they jacked the payments up. Suzan told me to stop paying them and let them handle everything and I did. Chase sent me a statement requesting $4536.00, Citibank sent me a statement requesting a payment of $3891.00, and Bank of America wanted $4500.00. I called them and the rep told me just ignore them and stick with the program. Well I talke to Bank Of America on my own without Please reduce my debt and I was able to settle. So I decided to call all of my lenders myself and work out payment arrangements. I then called Please Reduce My Debt and cancel. I paid $2600.00 Dollars into the program, and I wanted my money returned to me. Some young lady named Gabby told me that I could not recieve a refund and I she could not cancel the service for me she would have someone give me a call in about 5 working days. I talked to note world and they told me I could only get $200.00 dollars back. Clientservices told me they didn't owe me a refund and I had to call the branch I started the account with. when I called Please Reduce My Debt they told me to call Clientservices. I stayed on the phone going back and foward for 2hrs being placed on hold. the agreement was they would charge a $49.00 monthly service fee and $399.00 to cancel. I was in the program for 4 months. I cancelled back in December Note World Sent me an e-mail stating they would put $2426.00 back into my bank account in 2 days I have not seen my money. It should be a law against these people taking advantage of people looking for help.
