pokerstars have frozen my account saying i am playing from the U.S. when they know i live in canada and when i asked the to just give me my money back that is in my account they refuse giving me all this bs about sending them all this information, they didnt have a problem taking my money.

i understand your situation - i have played on every major poker site out there - it is standard procedure for documentation to be requested when cashing out for the first time its actually a legal requirement - pokerstars is in fact the fairest site out there they are extremely ethical and have the most stringent fair play policy
