after my account information was breach and got taken for $700 slowley being taken out in small amounts in each deposit. Pokerstars last email to me. Kept on emailing them on this issue and no more responses. Oh ya, and get this, they even try to re-sign me up after all this haha must read this bullshit. stay away.

We have conducted a full investigation into your account. Firstly let me remind you that there was no security breach on our part in this case, and all the transactions are your responsibility.


Our facts to support this are as follows:


The logins to your account show no failed attempts.


The unauthorized access to your account was from your main computer. The IP address used to access your account remained the same throughout the use of your account.


There have been no failed password attempts made on your account, or no personal information such as email has been changed.


We have sent emails for each and every transaction that was deposited into your account, with the first one sent back on 4th November, we have not received any responses from you until today.


We have also received several emails from your email address in the last month in regards to deposit assistance and account issues.


We would like to take this opportunity to advise you of PokerStars Terms of Service regarding your responsibility as an account owner. As stated in section 10.2 and 10.3 under "Security and Your Account":


10.2. The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of the Service under his/her Login Credentials and that he/she shall not disclose the Login Credentials to any person whatsoever.


10.3. The User is obliged to keep his/her Login Credentials secret and confidential at all times and to take all efforts to protect their secrecy and confidentiality. Any unauthorized use of the Login Credentials shall be the sole responsibility of the User and be deemed as his/her use. Any liability therefrom shall be that of the User.


To conclude this matter, we would like to advise you that PokerStars will not be liable for funds lost on your PokerStars account. PokerStars will not be held liable for any losses as a result of insufficient security measures to ensure that your personal details remain secured.
