These people claim I owe a debt from 1997 for a truck. They said the truck was turned in and the debt was written off in Nov. of 1998.

They have my name wrong. I do not know how they came up with my S.S.#.

I tryed to tell them even if this was me that the Statute of Limitations in my state is 6 years. The lady informed me that only means they can not sue me.

Folks-Do Not let these people do this. With the economy the way it is right now we don't need companys like this trying to shake down good people for money they do not have. Fight back--file a report!
