Pre-Screen Inc They are so annoying, persistant and scammers! Internet

This company continously sends me messages asking for me to submit a consumer report for a job as a result of a resume I sent in on a job search engine. Yet at the bottom, they include that they dont really work for any employer. I've asked them to stop sending me messages, sent them to my spam as well as "unsubscribed" (although I never subscribed in the first place). The messages still gets sent to my inbox because they do not use the same email address.

Below is the latest email I received from these scammers (I removed my name):
