"X-Originating-IP: [206.222.22.234] from their email header."

No correct address or identification from the email or the header of the email.  BBB didn't have a listing. Email was addressed to me by first and last name with my correct email address.  I use careerbuilder.com and the State job board to look for work on the Net.  The email looked really phishy to me.  What it said below:
