I bought this jewerly at a party, when it finally arrived I gave it to my daughter for her birthday (28 years old not a child), I spent 78 dollars plus tax. It took all of 1 hour for the bracelet, necklace to break into peices at dinner.
I cannot believe that this company stands for a christian charity to support missionaries.Plus if someone had told me the company was some Christian Company I would have never bought this jewerly. I have been ripped off by companies just like this in Church . Im and so dissapointed after a few days I couldnt even reach the lady, so needless to say someone needs to investigate this company for huge fraud. They dont let you return the jewely...

I use to be a Jeweler with Premier Designs and they have the best replacment policy around. If you cannot get in touch with the original lady who sold you the Jewelry you can contact the company directly. Also if you did not know that Premier was a Christian Based Business you obviously had a bad Jeweler. Premier does not hide the fact that they are a Very Christian Business. And I have never been to a Party or held a Party where it was not mentioned. You just cannot explain how the company came to be without knowing this.
I suggest you contact Premier Designs directly and they will help you out. Their direct number is (800) 486-7378. Also you can use this number to discuss your issues with getting back in tough with the original Jeweler.
