On 1/30/07 I attended seminar at the The Westin Casuarina Hotel& Spa in Las Vegas NV for a introduction to PremiereTradeAI software.At the seminar I was informed that I can take the software for two weeks trial and if for any reason I am not happy with I can return the software at the next seminar on 2/12/07 and
get my money back no question ask.This was acknowledge by their instructor in the class.Real life show differente story,after returning their software on 2/12/07 at the scheduled seminar I was told to call company next day asking for refund,next day after conversation with their Rep.Mr Adam I lern that they dont
have capabilities to credit my master card but they will send me check within 30 days,I call again on 3/21/07 after 38days and I spoke to another of their Rep.Mr Terrence and he told me that he dont want to even ges when I get my money back.Amount in question is $3219.63

We at PremiereTrade are committed to offering the best customer service anywhere... Customer's who are entitled to a refund will certainly receive their refund in a timely a manner. Even though I can find no customer's with this name in our system, I do however believe I know who the customer is based on the city and I can confirm that this customer did in fact receive a refund for the full purchase price.
