Anyone considering taking a seminar from this company please beware. At the seminar they make it very easy to purchase the software with their 15 day "trial priod".

During this time you can return the software for a full refund. I did this after obtaining an RMA# and returning it to them. They have acknowledged my return but have yet to refund my money. Every time I call them I get a different answer. The latest answer I got is that they cannot tell me when I will get a refund. Actually my latest attempt to call their 800 number resulted in NO ANSWER! This is very scary for an 800 number. I have a bad feeling that they may be in financial trouble and that I may never get my refund.

Anyway if you do go and purchase the software, take it home and get it running, including the feed from their broker, as soon as possible. Then call your credit card company and request a refund. That way you won't have to worry about getting your refund from the company. In the unlikely event that you decide that you actually like the software and want to keep it, you can always pay them again.

We at PremiereTrade are committed to only the highest level of ethical behavior, and would never do anything that did not meet the high standards of James Dicks. Any customer who is entitled to a refund will certainly receive their refund in a timely a manner. I can confirm that this customer did in fact receive a full refund of their purchase price. I would also like to comment on us not answering the phone. If you call us on a Sunday when we are closed we will not answer, I believe that you will find that this is the case with most companies. If a customer calls when the offices are closed they are greeted by a voice message explaining the fact that we are closed and then given the opportunity to leave us a message. We then return all of those calls when we get back in the office.
