PremiereTradeAI This company has not returned back the refund for the software, eventhough it was returned within the trial period. They initeally said it will take 4 to 6 weeks for processing the refund. They never returned back the refund even after a lapse of one year and one month. They gave me a RMA #. I followed up with them at least every two months, but as of today they are trying to avoid the customer. Altamonte Springs Florida

PremierTradeAI is not to be trusted. They say something in the seminar to persuide the customer to buy their trading software, but they never adhere to the refund policy they have mentioned in their contract. I purchased this software in the month of January 29, 2007 from a seminar in Fort Worth TX. They allowed me to use the software for a trial period.

I called them before the end of the trial period and told them that I am returning their software as I could not make any money whatsover they promised at the seminar. They gave me a RMA number and I sent the software in their Altamonte Springs FL office by priority mail. I called them to verify whether they recived the software. They said they have recived it and that it will take 4 to 6 weeks for processing the refund. They said that I would get a check within the 6 weeks time period. Since I did not recive the check within the 6 weeks time period, I called them and they said that they don't have a defenite date when I would get the refund.

Ever since that time, I have been calling them on a frequency of 2 months. Every time I called they said they do not know when I would get the refund. Again on January 7, 2008 I called and they told me me that I can expect the check either at the end of January 2008 or latest by the begining of March 2008.

Today March 13, 2008 I again called to find out the status and they said they don't know when the check would be mailed out to me. This is unethical practice for a company to cheat customers and holding their money for more than one year and not returing it as per their terms and conditions of the contract. I hope that there is law and order to penalise such unethical behaviors of companies like PremiereTradeAI.

I feel people who have been cheated like me should raise their voice to make aware the Law makers, the customer protection act, the BBB so that they can do something to protect the customers of their rights and to get back their hard earned money with interest.
