i book a round trip from reno to jfk with priceline.com, i searched from RNO to JFK and a flight for $400 popped up, return round trip departing aug 16 from rno to jfk and returning sept 7 from jfk to rno. However when i got my email confirmation, it said my departure was from RNO to NEWARK and return is JFK to RNO.... a system glitch i figure so i called priceline's reps. They then told me my only option was to pay $100-150 (ended up being $250) to change the destination. I explained it wasnt my fault as i specifically selected JFK and not newark and was a system glitch. They refused to claim responsibilty and proceeded to forward me to customer rep who send me the confirmation page that i initialed to before putting through the flight showing i selected Newark. What bs, i specifically remember checking over the original confirmation page and both said JFK. depart from rno to jfk and return from jfk to rno. How can a round trip send you from 1 city to another then return from a completely different city?! Why would i even book to another different city when my international connecting flight is leaving somewhere else. I was on the phone for over an hour explaining this and the rep just kept repeating i have to pay the fee to get it changed (for their stupid system glitch). What a pile of bs. They wont even take responsibilty for their screw up and want's to charge me for it. Thats the last time i will book with them and i'm goin to go out of my way to make sure everyone i know will not ever book with this irresponsible company. I feel sorry for william shatner who has to be the face of this company.

Hello. Just wanted to let you know that I had a similar glitch problem with Priceline.com in December 2008. I also filed a complaint on this site. I also filed a complaint with my State Attorney General's office.
