Prime Acceptance Corp Scam, dishonest salt lake city Utah

I Had paid off my loan and they refuse to cancel my auto pay.

The first time i called them they said it was taken care of.

Then bam the payment posts.

Now when i call them they tell me i have to do it thru their payment screen.

Now i put i my account number and wait for it...... my account can't be found.

I call them back and the lady on the phone said “umm thats weird please hold. 15 min later i'm sorry the person you have to talk to is not here we’ll call you back.”

I've been playing this game with them for three weeks they can't  be trusted.

Now i'm left here holding my breath till they call me
