prize candle your prize is no prize! sacramento california

 I ordered candles from Prize candle about 6weeks ago. When they arrived, i found them poorly boxed with no protection in a cardboard box. One candle was destroyed.  Glass everywhere. 

I contacted prize candle and printed off the instructions on what to do if the candles arrived damaged.  i took a picture and sent a copy of the invoice as instructed.  i got an immediate response that the candle was being replaced. 

Six weeks later, no candle... I tried calling and the number doesn't  work.  i tried sending an email  and the site is gone or down or something. 

they took my money but i got broken candles.
