i have already read a previous report on these people and its all true. i was left a message from "paul" just like the other report said, saying my number was picked from an entry form we submitted and we get one of four prizes one of which is a car. i called the number and was hesitant due to the report i read before i called. he wanted my name and wifes name (shouldnt they have already had that from the "entry form"). i gave our names. he then told me bout the prizes which were cars a vacation and a tv. then he gave me directions and said its a promotion thing for Vacation Station.
but to claim the prize you had to attend a seminar type thing for 90 minutes so they can introdue their company. i would have had to take off work for it so i started asking questions. come to find out you have to be married between 25-70 and make over $50,000 a year to be eligible. i told him i am married but im 21 and dont make 50 grand a year. he said i told him i did. i said he never asked. he then said he asked me that first, i again said my age and salary were never questioned. the only reason they dont ask those questions on the phone is so you drive their, sit thru their spiel and then get denied for the prize. you also have to sign an affidavite when you first arrive. i have NEVER heard of a "prize" which was given under such ludicrous guidelines. and i mean to tell everyone about this, along with some other emails to "higher ups" to find out how much of this is legal.

The "prize" is to get you to purchase something from them. THAT is why they want to know how much money you make. To be absolutely certain that this place is full of it, contact the Johnson County Kansas District Attorney's office and ask them. I'm sure the DA has a website. You actually did win because you weren't forced into dealing with high pressure sales tactics.

You must not have any idea what STATE REGULATED means. State regulated means that there are prizes of substancial value, and taxes are required to be payed on them. If you do not make the state requriement, you are not eligable. We don't sit you on the phone to "hear are spiel". Obviously, you were not qualified to recieve the prize, which would make you ineligiable. Complain to the state of Kansas about their regulations if you have a problem.
We cannot just give cars to people whom are unemployed and cannot pay the taxes on the prize.
Its UNCLE SAM'S RULE not ours buddy, so get your facts straight before you make such outlandish accusations.
