Nowhere do they give you exact charges. Now, Standard delivery is $4.99 to $14.99 and Saturday delivery is $9.99. Therefore, I assumed charge would be $4.99 ($14.99 must be for Alaska or Hawaii or some other special place?).
When I got to the very last screen, and I was in too much of a rush and hit purchase, I saw that they charged $9.99 and $2.99 handling. Therefore, almost $15 for shipping. You know, my flowers cost almost $50. I would have got these locally and supported my local florist versus getting this "special $29.99" deal off the internet. THAT IS WHY I'M SO UPSET AT PROFLOWERS. Do yourself a favor, avoid these guys like the plague. I called them immediately to cancel and they wouldn't oblige. They gave me an email address to contact. When I got that email, it was a joke. It stated that the handling charge was there to ensure the delivery was perfect......
