I made a $100 order from http:proflowers.com I ordered a beautiful bouquet and received complete garbage.

This was a valentines day/ Anniversary gift. This was a disaster I had to spend the whole day searching for flowers. I am sincerely advising everyone to not order from them.
How can you make up for this?
Do yourself a favor and do not. I repeat do not order anything from this company.

I actually received this same bouquet and mine was wilted as well. Yesterday, I received the "amore" bouquet and the roses were brown and one had lost its head. Some of their flowers are crap and it's just not worth the money wondering if you'll get good ones or crap.
