Property Masters of America, claims "is a professional, full-service real estate & property management firm" My personal experience with the Arizona Headquarters has been nothing short of criminal! Investor beware: they do NOT follow through with making repairs; they do NOT document repairs; they DO NOT do credit checks on tenants; they DO NOT fulfill their promise regarding "guaranteed rent"; they DO NOT protect your investment; they DO NOT adhere to any professional standards.
What do they deliver? They DO ALLOW criminals, unemployeed and homeless people to occupy YOUR investment property. The DO LIE TO YOU. They DO completely disregard your requests for assistance; They DO disregard all Home Owner Association Rules costing you hundreds of dollars in HOA fees; they DO allow your investment property to look like a homeless shelter.
They DO laugh all the way to the bank with YOUR money. This has resulted in $100,000 in net losses to me personally in EIGHT MONTHS of: eviction legal fees, property repairs, bounced rent checks, no rental income, and I cannot put a dollar figure on the emotional stress, headaches and frustration they have caused me.
They have UNRESOLVED Better Business Bureau complaints, they have UNRESOLVED Bad Business Complaints, and they are STEALING investors monies.

I was looking for Property Management company as well, they had send me some information but I had looked them up on the BBB website. It did indicate that the were many unsolved complains against them. It was more then 2 years ago. Its' worth to do some research. - It will solve lots of aggravation and headaches

It sounds like you have had a very bad experience and it does cause me concern. However, I am surprised that you are not willing to even state your first name and supply any details of your personal experience to add credibility. After all, how do you know that they don't do credit checks? Why didn't you just sell the house right away rather than wait 8 months given you continued bad experience?
I too am a client of Bosworth Residential and Home America (formerly Property Masters)though my experience has been far different than yours. I bought my first house in 11/03 with a close in mid Feb 04. It leased in less than a week for $200 per month more than anticipated resulting in positive cashflow on 5% down. This first house has appreciated 9% in about 6 months making the ROI stellar. While I can say I have noticed an opportunity for improved customer service and follow up, from an investment perspective, this has been an amazing opportunity! Houses #2 and #3 have appreciated even more spectacularly. Most importantly, in my experience, the people at the company have been honest and trustworthy.
