Propertyrecord.com is a scam. All they did was re-send me the zillow report I had already seen for free. Thier report did not include any of the information they said it would. I 'chatted' with a rep who said someone would contact me right away no one did.

 

They charged $1 for this but when I checked my credit card there was a second unatuhorized charge for $18.95

 

Do NOT use this site they will rip you off!
