Performed an online search to get an idea of my property's value, based on geographical location. Propertyrecords.com requested only $1.00 to run a detailed report. I submitted my CC information and received a confirmation letter, but I didn't receive the report.

I emailed andy@propertyrecord.com and received a basic valuation report that mirrored what I would have found on Zillow. Later, I discovered that I was being billed for a recurring charge of $18.95. Standard bait and switch fraud.
