This company operates under different aliases. Web ad looks like a county government property site. They sell an offical sounding property report with history, taxes, etc. Then put you in a closed loop that charges $1 to your credit card.

The report takes 3 minutes to download then you get a message saying they did not have it ready and refer it to an associate for further action. My card company alerted this as a fraud and immediatedly canceled my card.

You want to go through that, go ahead and do it. They charged $18.95 to the card. Not a dollar. Which was probably only the beginning.

What government site ends in "dot com"? What government site has a picture of a "customer service agent"? It is quite, quite OBVIOUS this is not a county site! Amazing!
