Pure Garcinia Cambogia Rip Off Nationwide

Claiming I was a valued customer of a well known pharmacy, I was offered a free trial of Pure Garcinia Cambogia. Soon after delivery of the product I noticed my bank account was charged $44 from this company. When I called customer service I was told since I had accepted my "free offer" I was now being billed for it. What? I then told them I want a full refund whereupon I was first offered a 20% refund. I told them no, I wanted a full refund. After more discussion I was offered a 30% refund and later a 50% refund. I kept insisting on a full refund and was told that I could return the product and receive a refund within two weeks. That was 2 months ago. I continue to call and now I'm being told the free sample had been opened and I cannot send back an opened bottle for refund because I opened this product to try it. The product is advertised that their practice is to refund the customer for unsatisfactory products or services, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
