Purity Medial has contacted us several times concerning products on "back order" or items being "discontinued" or just to "confirm the order placed by......."
Unfortunately the first time they called(in 2001) the person that orders our medical supplies she had just started and didn't realize who they were. :~( But never again! Since then they have called at least once a month to try to scam us into ordering more. We have asked to speak to supervisors to take us off the call list but they keep on calling. Here is the Tax I.D # they are using 95-3850884

Purity Does Not Engage In Deceptive Business Practices

My firm is legal counsel to Purity Medical Products. Purity does not make reference to "back-ordered" or "discontinued" products when soliciting an order. It is not possible for the buyer not to "realize" who the company is. Purity states its name immediately upon the initial contact as well as during all subsequent verification call (a minimum of 2). Purity's name, address and telephone number are boldly displayed on its invoice. Purity immediately honors a request to be placed on its "Do Not Contact" list. Purity has been in business for the past approximate 20 years in the same location and is licensed and bonded in all required States. Purity maintains a Customer Service Department and always can be reached at its toll free number. If the complainant would like to provide specific information as to his/her identity, Purity would be happy to respond to the allegations in detail.
