Dear Mr. Pete Sepanek,
Your auto repair shop cheated me out of $450 by spray painting the existing ac condensor on my van to make it look remanufactured instead of installing a replacement unit as promised. Evidence of wrong doing by your company is documented by a letter from a 3rd party repair shop and by tape recordered conversations with your staff and employees from other local companies.
Additionally your company admitted to severely damaging the secondary air conditioning system that is mounted on the top of my van. Apparently one of your employees failed to fully raise your garage door and the plastic shrould covering the ac unit was shattered in several small pieces as the van was driven into your garage. The top mounted ac system no longer works due to the accident and the total estimated cost to replace the top mounted ac unit is $589.00 plus tax per camping world in Henderson.
Due to the overwhelming evidence of fraud I would feel very uncomfortable allowing your staff to continue working on my van. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $459.00 that was paid to your shop on 5/27/03 and additional payment of $630.00 to cover the cost of product, labor and tax to replace my top mouted ac unit that was damaged by your company.
I'm in the process of filing a complaints against your company with Channel 13 News, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and other licensing agencies within the State of Nevada. If I do not receive the total requested payment of $1089.00 within 10 days a civil complaint will be filed with the Henderson small claims court.

Pete Sepanek on many occasions which I have witnessed myself ,because I am an ex employee of the purrfect auto he manages caused many unecessary problems for customers. That purrfect auto is basically a scam auto center, they are notorious for sucking people in with low cost maintence such as oil changes and tune ups...but then they suggest other work that is completely unecessary and on quite a few occasions during the three days that I had worked there I witnessed customers being charged for work that wasn't performed.
While I worked there I always completed my work thorougly and genuinely I quit because they have a really shady business practice, employees there also smoke cigarettes casually and I even witnessed them smoking marijuana,when I witnessed them smoking marijuana I drew the line and quit,because none of my complaints seemed to matter to Pete, they are certaintly not customer service oriented people and I do not recommend people taking their vehicle into that place.
They will ruin your vehicle.
