Purrfect Auto Service ripoff They parked my car illegally and it was towed away. OH yea one more thing they also lost my car keys. Henderson Nevada

I took my car in to Purrfect Auto to be repaired on May 15. On May 16 they called me back to tell me I needed a new head gasket. I said okay go ahead and order the part.

When I called back on May 21, I was told that they were sent the wrong head and that the head they needed to fit my car was backordered. Pete said he would call me when the new part arrived.

After about a week I called back and was left on hold for over a half hour and then cut off. This went on everyday and when I did get through to someone they would ask for my phone number and tell me that they would call me back in 15 minutes. I must have left my number 10 times.(this seemed odd since my number was on the work order)but no one ever called me back.

Finally on June 3 I was informed by Pete that my car had been towed away last night. He apologized( Pete is very polite). He said I had to go down to the impound lot and sign a release so they could get my car back to finish the work.

When I signed the form I found out the car had been towed on May 23. The fees were now over $300. Pete told me everyday they we're sending their truck to pick it up.Of course they never did. I finally paid the fees myself. When I asked to be reimbursed for the impound fees. Pete told me they weren't liable because of the work order I signed. Exuse me? It doesn't say that on the work order but hey Pete's got an answer for everything. OH yea one more thing they also lost my car keys.
