I initially received a coupon voucher in the mail for a smog check for a cheap price. I took it in to Purrfect Auto and told they didn't have a part for the machine(?). Since I was there, I had my fuel injectors cleaned and when they were half way through the cleaning I was told that my ignition coil housing was cracked. I understand the importance of having this part in proper working condition and had them replace it(at a price $80 more than dealership charges).

While replacing it they informed me that I had the wrong sparkplugs, which is true as I have been previously informed, just never had opportunity to get them replaced. I had them change them as well. All together $300 of work.

I left and everything seemed to be working fine. The next day my car ran really ragged, similar to the feeling of running out of gas. I took the car in immediately and was told that the coil packs were bad. I bought and installed them myself, problem unsolved. Once again I took the car in and the manager wanted to charge me $65 for a diagnostic. I told him that I shouldnt have to pay for the diagnostic since my car ran better before

I brought it in and it was obviously something they did wrong. I left and took my car to the dealership sevice department. They informed me that the ignition housing was defective. I notified the owner about the defective part and that I wanted it resolved. She told me that I was rude and that she wouldn't do it. I told her I would take her to court and she said, "go right ahead!"
I am still waiting for the corporate office to return my call so that this matter can be rectified.
