On 6/16/2010 I won a auction on quibids. On that same day I recieved a e mail stating that the order was processed.  On 6/18/2010 I got another e  mail stating that the order had shipped, when I went to the quibids website there was a tracking number, I tracked the package and it stated that it was going to a completley different state from which I live and was to be delivered on 6/23/210.   Then on 6/21/2010 I recieved another e mail from quibids saying the order was processed.(ok so I thought they made a error)  On 6/24/2010 I recieved a e mail saying the order had shipped, I checked the website and there was a tracking number, the same number as beofore.  I looked it up and it had the same info as before, (delivered to someone in another state)


I decided at this point to go to the websited and send a e mail to try and get this worked out, I got a response stating that it will be 24 -48 hrs for a response from them.  So I decided to place a phone call and all you get is a automated voice press this press that, so I pressed 0 and got we are sorry we are having technical difficulties call back later, so I did same thing. I have been trying to call for 2 days now with no luck.  If this is a legit company then I think they would respond to these issues and at least have some customer service reps to answer their phones!


This is either a big mistake or a HUGE SCAM!  I'm very skeptical at this point and don't hold much faith in QUIBIDS  All I can say is BIDDERS BEWARE!

I'm sorry to hear about this.  Rest assured we will take care of the issue.  As of right now (during the time of this issue), our phone system is down.  We should have it up and running sometime during the second week of July.  Until then, all inquiries will need to go to our email support which is support@quibids.com.  We answer all our customer support tickets, so it will be addressed.
