I am writing to tell people to be cautious of quibids.com. I have won a 25$ gift card from Amazon and its been almost a month and I still have not received it. They tell me its a problem with Amazon, and that Amazon is working hard to fix the problem. Amazon is a billion dollar company. If there was a problem with their gift cards they would have the problem fixed almost immediately, not 4 weeks. Once I won the auction quibids gave me a coupon code to redeem my card, Amazon said there is a problem with this code and that it will not work. That was 4 weeks ago and to date Quibids still claims Amazon is working to fix the problem. Quibids sells a ton of Amazon gift cards on their website everyday, why cant they just give me another code. What makes me nervous is that when a company cannot deliver the items they have sold, it generally means they have not paid for the item or they do not have the funds to pay for the item. Im not saying Quibids does not have the funds, But, I would really question it before you buy things from this site. I have filed a report with my credit card company and hopefully they will reimburse me the money I spent buying this gift card.

I do apologize for that inconvenience and the wait there was on your gift card.  There indeed was an issue that had to be worked out, which should have been resolved.  We re-issued your gift card on 9/2.  Please let us know if you did not receive it and/or if you should need further assistance.
