Quibids auction I allowed them to take out 27.00 for bids one time and they did it 10 times in a row and overdrew my account. 5 days later they are still pending and holding up my money!! Internet

My husband found this site on Friday and was bidding and having a really god time.  He won a home theater system dn was feeling pretty good.  He said the site would not take his card but took my credit card.  We have a joint account so it was fine.  he was excited and played until he was out of bids and we went to bed.  No big deal.  So I thought!!  I woke up the next day and I always go to chase .com and check my acount every morning.  Our childrens' birthday party was the next day and I wanted to see what charges were on the account and what I could spend for birthday presents.  I was all dressed and ready to go when my account say 0 balance...I was shocked..I was confused and knew that was not right...so I looked at out account..The Quibids site had posted 10 charges for 27.00 on our account and because they were pending they were holding over 200.00 that I did not authorize them to have!!  Thank God we have overdraft and it was taking money out of our saving so cover everything I purchased that day but the chase .com account looked like a wreck with al these memos of our overdraft protection being used...I woke my husband and went crazy and he emailed the company on sat. morning but it is a holiday weekend so I am still waiting for the company to do something and it is now Wed. and they are still pending and holding up my money.  Oh I called chase and they said it seems because they the charges are still pending that they are working on it so they refuse to do anything right now too...so I am out over 200.00 for at least 5 days possible 20 days if chase has to file a claim against them and wait for them to respond!!
