Qwest Communications has ripped me off for years for internet service Internet, Utah

Qwest has ripped me off for years for internet service.  It started when they took over for my service provider and refused to give me a rate offered for customers with a "qualifying home package".  This package was/is home service plus 3 or more features.  Well, I do have home service and almost every feature there is because I signed up for the "Real Deal" with Qwest 22 years ago.  After years of battle Qwest agreed that my package was "grand fathered" in but did not give me credit for overcharges.  Time after time I received promotions from Qwest only to be told I did not have a "qualifying home package".  I sent letter after letter and spent hours on the phone.  I have names of people and dates/times I spoke to them.  Qwest "records" telephone conversation so they can obviously go back and listen to what their agents told me.  I printed Qwest's website relating to "qualifying home packages" and sent it with a certified letter.  They did not respond to the certified letter.  After my last discussion with a Qwest agent and the loyality department I sent another certified letter to Qwest.  When I checked their website refering to "qualifying home packages" I noticed they had changed it.  When I told the Qwest agent I was switching to Comcast he told me that Comcast is using Qwest services for the internet thus implying their 12 mbps is not really 12 mbps?  The Qwest agent also told me I would be charged a $200.00 penalty for early termination.  If there was an implied agreement Qwest certainly did not keep their part of it.  I am really surprised there is no class action lawsuit against Qwest. I am sick and tied of Qwest.
