I ordered a sample of a face cream from Radialabs that was to be put with Hydroxatone to make a better moisture cream.  The sample was billed to my account for $3.95 which I have never received. 

Then this month on 2/02/11 I was billed on my credit card an additional $74.95 which I have never received the product.  When I went to their website I saw that this is all a scam.

 Please try to help me get a refund as I feel they will be billing me every month now.
